BASTUCK is not just any medium-sized family business. We are a company founded on a passion for the automobile. The passion of our founder, Rainer Bastuck, for classic cars and motorsport is just as much a part of the BASTUCK DNA as the interplay of tradition and modernity in our CLASSIC and SPORT divisions.

Out of our passion, we are constantly working to exceed our own standards and those of our customers. At our headquarters in Lebach in Saarland, you can get everything you need from us. Not only are sales and customer service centered here, but also the development and production of our sports exhaust systems, performance catalytic converters and body kits.

We are proud of our many years of experience in motorsport. This knowledge flows into the development of products for well-known vehicle manufacturers, as well as into the production of high-quality sports exhaust systems and add-on parts for almost all current models.

We and our products are driven by our enthusiasm for cars and motorsport. That's why we test and trial all our new developments on the racetrack under the toughest conditions to prepare them for series production. Our in-house test track also helps us to carry out all relevant noise emission measurements on site in order to ensure the conformity of our sports exhausts.

With our CLASSIC division, we are now the market leader in Europe when it comes to spare parts for the Jaguar, Volvo, MG, Austin Healey and Triumph brands. Over 40,000 parts are immediately available from stock. Our range extends from the smallest screw to complete replacement engines and is constantly being expanded - just as it is in the modern sector.

In March 1986, Rainer Bastuck founded the company, which has since grown into a medium-sized family business based in Lebach, Saarland.

Thanks to his personal passion for classic cars - initially primarily for the Triumph brand - Rainer Bastuck and his team quickly developed in-depth expertise. This was and still is the basis for the success of the Classic division, which has made BASTUCK & Co. GmbH has become one of the leading companies in the supply of spare parts for classic Triumph, Volvo, MG and Austin Healey vehicles.

Our expertise

As a medium-sized family business, all processes are geared towards the satisfaction of our customers and the high quality of our products. The development and production of our sports exhaust systems, performance catalytic converters and body kits take place directly at our headquarters and are therefore all "made in Germany". Sales and customer service are also centered in Lebach, which means that we have been successfully offering the "everything from a single source" principle.

Experience & passion

With the decision to build our own test track, we have also laid the foundation for a competence centre for noise emissions. In 2019, the in-house test track was certified in accordance with DIN ISO standard 10844:2014. This means that we can carry out all relevant noise emission measurements on site in order to fulfil the conformity of sports exhaust systems in accordance with the latest ECE standards. In addition, the certification also enables the measurement of other noises, such as tyre rolling noise, so that vehicle manufacturers can also use our track for these purposes.

Just as in the modern sector, our Classic division is also broadly based. When it comes to spare parts for the Volvo, MG, Austin Healey and Triumph brands, we are now the market leader in Europe. Over 40,000 parts are immediately available from stock. Around 4,200 of these parts are remanufactured because they are no longer available on the market or are of inferior quality. Our range extends from the smallest screw to complete engine or body parts – and just as in the modern Sport sector - is constantly being supplemented.

Despite all our growth, we are and will remain a family business with our own production facilities. Almost all of our SPORT products are developed and manufactured at our headquarters in Lebach to our highest standards.
