Anyone who restores his Volvo (PV444, PV544) is familiar with the unconvincing and not always available reproduction panels that are still present on the aftermarket.
For us, this is reason enough to produce new and high-quality tools for the outer door skin and the door bottom of the Volvo (PV444, PV544). They make it possible for the BASTUCK metal sheets to resemble the original Volvo metal sheets in terms of quality. In addition, the BASTUCK panels are provided with all the necessary cut-outs and holes. In order to give rust no chance, we have made them from galvanised deep-drawn sheet metal and additionally primed them to a high standard.
