VOLVO PV AND AMAZON UNTIL 1963: Improved wheel brake cylinders

The wheel brake cylinders for the Volvo PV and Volvo Amazon (until 1963) were often a source of trouble during restoration. The spare parts were not only expensive, but also made of cast steel, which rusts very easily.
For this reason, we decided to have wheel brake cylinders re-manufactured. Aluminium replaces the corrosion-prone steel, which sometimes led to the failure of the original wheel brake cylinders quite quickly.
The new parts are cast with high-quality, modern moulds and are also a visual highlight. In all other respects, they correspond to the original parts to which they were manufactured in absolutely identical construction. The replacement is therefore very easy.
BASTUCK recommendation: Change the pressure pieces for the cylinder at the same time. We offer these a very good price-performance ratio. As with the wheel brake cylinders, the replacement of the pressure pads is also very simple, as they also correspond to the original parts.
