MG TD-TF (1949 -1955), Austin-Healey Sprite und MG Midget 948cc (1958-1961): Alternator with tachometer drive

We are now offering a newly manufactured alternator with an integrated tachometer drive for the MG TD and MG TF models (built between 1949 and 1955), as well as the structurally identical Austin-Healey Sprite and MG Midget 948cc (built between 1958 and 1961).

Due to recurring supply shortages and a sharp rise in market prices for the original units, we have decided to have a high-quality reproduction of this alternator manufactured. The aim was to provide an alternative that matches the original both technically and visually, and which is reliably available.

The alternator on offer corresponds to the original Lucas C39 (AEJ49) in terms of design, function and appearance, ensuring trouble-free installation.
