In motorsport with classic vehicles, all products are exposed to special stresses. As passionate motorsport enthusiasts, we have noticed potential for improvement in the sports valves that have been available up to now. This was a reason for us to address the issue. We were supported in the implementation by engineers who were significantly involved in the development of Formula 1 engines.
The newly developed BASTUCK stainless steel valves serve to simply optimise the performance of the engines. On the one hand, this increases durability and, on the other hand, it has a positive effect on costs. We have thus achieved our goal of bringing durable and affordable valves onto the market that also optimally plumb the combustion chambers. Their field of application is not limited to motorsport, because they can also be used in public road traffic.
The optimised stainless steel valves are available for Volvo B20 cylinder heads, Triumph TR2-6, GT6, Vitesse, Spitfire and Herald.
