KIA SPORTAGE NQ5 1.6 T-GDI (4WD), MILD-HYBRID, PLUG-IN-HYBRID: Sports exhaust system after particulate filter

  • Sports exhaust system with ECE homologation
  • Rear silencer with exhaust flap control

  • Performance increase by 6,2 KW / 26,2 NM*

With the NQ5, Kia has already launched the fifth generation of the popular Sportage. The SUV was built with different drive variants and can now also be optimised with a BASTUCK sports exhaust system as a petrol engine, mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid.

The new TWIN system (rear silencer with 1x tailpipe Ø 63 mm LH+RH, 90° downwards) is available with a rear silencer either with or without exhaust flap control. If the rear silencer with flap control is installed, the front connection tube and the central connection tube complement the complete system. The electrical kit, consisting of a wiring harness and control unit as well as the radio remote control [This item is not permitted for use on public roads - use for racing purposes only!] for a manual opening and closing of the exhaust flap is included in the scope of delivery.

The rear silencer without flap control is combined with a front silencer and the front connection tube. In addition, a replacement pipe for the front silencer [This item is not permitted for use on public roads - use for racing purposes only!] is optionally available for this combination.

In terms of power, the BASTUCK sports exhaust system provides a significant increase. Measurements have shown an increase of 6.2 KW and 26.2 NM*.

We have captured the sound of the new sports exhaust system for the Kia Sportage NQ5 in a sound file, which is available here.

*) Ref-veh.: Kia Sportage NQ5 KW 132/5500 rpm, entry measurement 136,6 KW / 257,1 NM; measurement with sports exhaust system: 142,8 KW / 283,3 NM; Increase by 6,2 KW and 26,2 NM
