Ford Mustang GT Facelift V8 2018 onwards
- Complete exhaust behind the catalyst incl. valve control
- performance increase of up to 13.7 KW* and a remarkably more favourable torque curve
- with ECE approval
Ford has just presented the slightly modified Facelift model shortly after having introduced the extremely successful Mustang GT. By providing the valve control the newly developed BASTUCK complete exhaust to be mounted behind the catalyst underlines the sporty driving pleasure and even offers further advantages: a weight advantage of about five kilos in comparison to the series exhaust and a performance increase of up to 13.7 KW* and a clearly more favourable torque curve.
We have maintained the valve control already installed on the series exhaust, thus also allowing making use of the four different modes – silent, standard, sport, racing (not approved for use in public road traffic – exclusive use for racing purposes). These modes can be chosen according to your individual preferences. In the sport as well as in the racing mode you experience the ultimate sound, although the use of the racing purpose is limited to racing purposes (not approved for use in public road traffic). In contrast to that, by choosing the silent mode you count on pure and clean understatement – regarding its sound. The integrated X-shaped link pipe that is connected to the rear silencers with 2 x 90 mm tailpipes each contains a pressed middle part designed in favour of the airstream. The four tailpipes are available in the extremely sporty „Quattro RACE“-version (straight) and in the noble and sporty „Quattro S“-version (oblique). *) Ford Mustang Facelift 5.0 TI - VCT V8 331 KW / 7000 rpm, input measurement: 304.6 KW / 486 NM, measurement with sports exhaust: 318.3 KW / 486 Nm, increase of 13.7 KW
