BMW 1 Series F40 118i 2019 onwards: SPORTS EXHAUST SYSTEM

At first glance, the sporty character of the BMW 1 Series F40 118i (2019 onwards) is obvious. Its progressive design language is continued in the latest sports exhaust system in our portfolio. Three tailpipe variants in a total of five different versions are available for the three-cylinder engine.
The complete system behind the particulate filter with ECE homologation consists of a connection tube and a rear silencer. The sports exhaust system is mounted to the original system by using an adapter and two clamps. The rear silencer is available in the variants „Twin RACE“ (simple tailpipe 1x Ø 100 mm LH+RH, RACE look) and „Twin RACE S“ (simple tailpipe 1x Ø 100 mm LH+RH, RACE look, cut obliquely at 30°), which are both available with and without exhaust flap.
An exclusive and sporty look can be achieved with the variant „Twin RACE S Carbon“ with carbon tailpipe (1x Ø 100 mm LH+RH, RACE look, cut obliquely at 30°, with exhaust flap).
For the rear silencers with exhaust flap, the remote control (This article is not approved for use in public road traffic – exclusive use for racing purposes!), the actuator and the cable harness are included.
Besides the design, we also optimized the sound and performance of the BMW 1 series F40 118i. A sound file on our YouTube channel gives a first impression of the sound of the BASTUCK sports exhaust system, which also provides a performance increase by 5.3 KW and 0.6 NM *).
For vehicles with the M-package, we recommend using the BASTUCK rear apron insert with cut-outs on the right-hand and left-hand side, in which the tailpipes fit perfectly. When using the rear silencer with the original rear apron, additional supports must be used.
