BASTUCK & Co GmbH

Passion and Tradition

For the love of the Triumph brand and of working with these cars company
owner Rainer Bastuck developed his business case. In 1986 he founded the
Bastuck company which first focussed on the manufacture and sale of car
parts for classic Triumph automobiles only.

By founding Bastuck France in 1990 the car part sale was extended to the
French market. Only two years leater we took on the production of high
quality stainless steel exhaust systems – first only for classic cars from
the Jaguar, Mercedes, Healey and BMW brands, but then also for modern cars.
More and more of Rainer Bastuck’s long lasting motor racing experience
influenced the production.

It took only a short time before the quality of our products came to the
attention of car manufacturers. For more than 10 years we have been working
with many renowned companies. The strong demand for matching body parts has caused us in 2006 to start including so called body styling kits in our
product range. These sporty aerodynamic parts have since enjoyed high
popularity which led us to work with many car manufacturers and tuning
specialists in the after market segment also.

Meanwhile, our classic range has also grown considerably. Since 1995 we have taken over the complete supply of spare parts for classic Volvo cars. And in 2007 we added our latest extension of our product range: By including the
MG, Jaguar and Austin Healey brands in our spare parts programme we have
become the European market leader for classic car parts.

One Stop Shop

Most of our business processes are concentrated in the company base at Lebach (Germany). We are possibly the only company in Germany with planning, development, production as well as distribution and customer service – allunder the one roof. This setup enables us to react to customer requirements and needs in a quick and flexible way. Rainer Bastuck himself engages in taking up customer wishes in his contacts with distributors thus giving him a direct line into the market. Nevertheless, it is not only the care about customer requests but also the careful observation of legal requirements:
All our products have EC homologations, technical certificates and official
operating licenses.

Motorsport Racing Know How

The Bastuck stainless steel exhaust systems are built at utmost precision
(ISO 9001-2000 certified process), and they are tested for durability in
racing conditions at motor sports events. The knowledge and experience of
passionate racing driver Rainer Bastuck in turn is implemented in the serial
production. Furthermore, we take advantage of his experience when
co-operating with several manufacturers in order to produce specialized
exhaust systems for motor racing purposes. The racing know how is also made good use of when we design and manufacture spare parts for classic cars. Many parts we redesign and reproduce in order to ensure highest quality
standards. All employees share this passion for automobiles of any kind,
providing sufficient motivation to constantly keep and fulfil our high
aspirations.

In 2007 we employ more than 300 people worldwide. However, despite the
constant growth of our company we have been able to preserve one central
virtue: our familiar atmosphere.
